Offutt Air Force Base ~ Summer Camps

In a new partnership started last year with the Offutt Airman and Family Readiness Center, Easter Seals Nebraska is offering a 3-day camp for military youth with disabilities at Offutt's own Base Lake.  The camp is scheduled for July 11-13, 2012 from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM each day. 

For youth to attend free of charge they must have been the child of a Nebraska Military member – active duty, guard, reserve, retiree enrolled in the EFMP program or DoD civilian dependent with special needs.
 
Registration forms need to be completed and turned in to the Airman & Family Readiness Center for verification of eligibility.  Please find the required paperwork below.
